The main system 
  1,Pre-treatment : The pre-treatment process is usually according to the work profile surface condition,usually need : degrease---derusting---risining---surface treat---phosphate--risining

  2,Conveying system:  powder and free conveyor,Light enclosed conveyor and overhead conveyor etc .
  3, Drying oven:Drying oven used mode of continuous work, the air gas heating, in the role of hot air circulating, coupled with rational design of the delivery, installation on the back wind, temperature furnace more balanced to ensure that products with color phenomenon.Hot-air drying wind screen is installed in the furnace exports, and installing sliding doors and installation activities, reducing the heat loss.
  4,Coating system:Automatic spray reciprocator, Manual spray equipment and Semi-auto (Auto-spraying with manual repairing spraying) are for your choice;
  5,Recycling system:Cyclone equipment and cartridge filters is customized and introduced according to actual requirement by customer;
