General
Direct combustion exhaust gas incinerator combined three functions: exhaust gas combustion, waste heat recovery and low temperature environmental discharge. It's equipped for the drying chamber (drying channel, oven and drying room) of painting line of the painting shops, as well as the painting line for the production of luxury cars.
The temperature of the direct combustion exhaust gas incinerator could be set, adjusted and controlled automatically, auto clean combustion, without pollution, high comprehensive efficiency, to meet the requirement of temperature, exhaust gas combustion and waste heat recovery etc. The discharge reaches the emission standard.
Working principle
The direct combustion incinerator use the special designed burner heat the high concentration exhaust gas to the set temperature which would enter the combustion chamber. The burner would damage and decompose the VOC and toxic and harmful pollutants, and release heat. The gas after purified would be heat-exchanged by the waste heat recovery system to save the energy. 99% of the hydrocarbon could be damaged and removed by the direct combustion incinerator. In order get this rate, the high temperature exhaust gas would stay in the chamber for some time. Enough turbulent flow should be applied for the exhaust gas at the entrance in order to make it to be mixed with oxygen fully, it could not only improve the purifying efficiency, but make the running more safety.

The direct combustion exhaust gas incinerator is suitable to deal with the waste gas resulted from the painting and drying equipment, purifying the noxious gas from the petrochemical and pharmaceuticals industry etc. It meets the requirement of environment and labor protection, increasing the heat exchange device to recover the waste heat and save the energy.

Performance
1,The emission reaches the standard completely, odorless and tasteless. It operates steadily with high purifying efficiency and remarkable result, without secondary pollution. To oxidate and decompose the malodorous gas by the combustion with thermodynamic method. In the proper temperature, provide enough oxygen gas and stay for some time, the malodorous gas would be removed. On the other hand, the main engine of the system works steadily without the problems that can not solved by other ways to deal with the exhaust gas, such as the catalytic agent aging and jamming, as well as no secondary pollution.
2,Operated safely. The operation is safety and reliable with multistage fire resistance, anti backfire device and interlock design for the explosion. The explosion density is considered during the design and there are safety protections by the structure in case of over temperature and explosion.
3,Low running cost, the waste heat could be recovered. The change of the temperature in the combustion chamber would be reverted immediately with the change of the exhaust gas density, the amount of oil (gas) could be adjusted automatically to decrease the running cost. At the same time, the heat exchanger is the option to be equipped to recover the waste heat to save the energy.

Technical process
The exhaust gas treatment and heating system (TAR) consist of exhaust gas incinerator, heat exchanger 1, heat exchanger 2, fresh air heating unit, high pressure exhaust fan with frequency convertor, high temperature pipe, fresh air pipe, exhaust gas pipe with moisturizing, actuator element for damper, electric control system for the exhaust gas incinerator, electric control system for drying and forced cooling room. The organic waste gas from the Drying furnace is burned, its organic molecules would be oxidated and decomposed into CO2 and H2O.
